What is YLDC?

YLDC is an annual summer camp where high school students come and work together to become better leaders in their schools, communities, and their world.

Is yldc fun?

Of course! Unlike other leadership seminars, YLDC isn't a place where we simply talk AT delegates. In fact, delegates are encouraged throughout the week to take the wheel and shape their YLDC experience for themselves.

Not only are our sessions and activities fun, but we also have an outside game day, as well as rec time daily.

Why should I come?

In addition to learning and using new leadership skills, every delegate leaves YLDC a changed person. When asked what they liked most about YLDC, delegates often have a hard time deciding between the new skills or the new friendships that they made during the week.
